An integrated casino and entertainment complex 

The City of Dreams, Manila project was an integrated casino and entertainment complex comprising two floors of gaming, six hotel towers, retail, food and beverage outlets, ballrooms, nightclub and support facilities, all located in Manila's new gaming precinct.

Our client was responsible for all fitout works within an existing shell and core development by our client partner.

Leighton Asia provided construction management services to our client and acted as the Project Manager for trade contracts let for the fitout construction works.

We were responsible for the package procurement process for the works and subsequent package administration, management of trade contracts and provide all site establishment and logistic needs.

We managed and supervised the site fitout works ensuring that safety and quality standards were achieved. We coordinated package interfaces and provided common site infrastructure and facilities to the project.
