Leighton Asia delivered one of the largest site formation contracts from the Housing Authority. 

The scope of works included 2.5m cubic metres of excavation, 40m deep hand-excavated large-diameter piles, placing of 6,000 tonnes of rebar and 35,000 cubic metres of concrete, 1 km of sewerage main and pump station, 16 hectares of surface-water drainage, and 1.8km of carriageway.

This is to provide level platforms, foundations and infrastructure for eight 42-storey trident blocks to accommodate 42,000 people.
