In its third year, our ‘Women in Construction Series’ features Anastasia Andira Lupitha Prameswari, an Environmental Engineer with Leighton Asia's Indonesia team.
Anastasia has been supporting our EPC Vale Pomalaa project since joining Leighton Asia in 2025.
Anastasia’s core responsibilities involve managing and monitoring environmental compliance, implementing Environmental Management Plans (EMP), and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, client standards and Leighton Asia environmental policies.
She also supports sustainability and environmental awareness initiatives, working closely with site teams and clients to minimize environmental impacts and enhance responsible operations.
What experience makes you feel most valued and included as a member of the ‘One Leighton Asia Team’?
I feel truly valued when I am trusted to take part in key environmental and safety discussions on site, where my opinions and technical input are genuinely listened to and considered in the decision-making. As a female engineer working in construction and mining sector, being given equal space to contribute, lead initiatives, and collaborate across teams makes me feel seen for my capability and professionalism.
