Our ‘Women in Construction Series’ now features Analiza Quiapon, Senior Safety Officer in our Philippine team.
Analiza joined Leighton Asia in 2023 and has been working in Cavite-Laguna Expressway – Cavite Segment project in the Philippines.
She is responsible for monitoring and implementing OSH guidelines and compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment. Analiza has been appointed as Pollution Control Officer overseeing environmental safety norms and adherence to ISO 14001 EMS.
What experience makes you feel most valued and included as a female member of ‘One Leighton Asia Team’
I feel most valued and included when my voice is heard and my contributions are acknowledged, especially in meetings and cross-team collaborations. When leaders and colleagues encourage open dialogue, respect diverse perspectives, and provide equal opportunities for learning and development, I feel confident and supported as a female member of ‘One Leighton Asia Team’.
