Our graduates this year represent diverse backgrounds across civil, mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as health and safety. Through a structured development program, the graduates will gain hands-on experience across projects and business functions, strengthening their technical capabilities while building the skills needed for a successful career in engineering and construction.
As part of their onboarding journey, our new graduates connected with leaders from our local and regional teams and visited our Bekasi Workshop to gain firsthand exposure to our operations, safety culture and the practical side of our engineering and construction projects.
