Aga Hall Estate Redevelopment, Mumbai
Two residential towers are advancing steadily, reshaping Mumbai’s skyline. Tower A has reached 185.60 meters, while Tower B has progressed to 195.15 meters at Level 50. More than 85,931 cubic meters of concrete was safely placed, enabled through structured planning and BIM‑supported coordination. This project has recorded over 8 million LTI‑free safe manhours, reflecting consistent safety performance on site.
Birla Niyaara, Worli, Mumbai
Aviro Tower has reached 262.93 metres, moving steadily towards its final height of 270.95 metres, while Silas Tower has reached 49.98 metres with over 144,467 cubic metres of concrete placed. The project has achieved 10 million LTI-free safe manhours, with its safety performance recognized by leading national and international bodies.
Elan The Presidential, Gurgaon (Phase 1)
Construction is progressing across eight residential towers as they advance toward their final height of 121.3 metres. More than 209,000 cubic metres of concrete have been poured, supported by established safety systems that have delivered 16 million LTI‑free safe manhours.
