We are delighted to welcome five new Graduate Engineers to Leighton Asia in Hong Kong, all joining the North District Hospital Expansion project.
Nurturing young engineering talent is central to how we build for the future. To kick off their journey, our cohort took part in a four-day onboarding programme, meeting senior leaders, visiting active sites, and connecting with colleagues across the business.
Through interactive sessions, our management team shared practical insights on safety, delivery excellence, and career development, helping our graduates turn classroom learning into real project impact.
