Seven new Graduate Engineers have joined our One Leighton Asia Team in Singapore as part of our 2026 Graduate Engineer Cohort.
As we continue to build some of the region's most complex and transformative projects, we remain committed to investing in the young people who will shape the future of the construction industry.
Throughout the two-year Graduate Program, these graduates will gain hands-on experience across our projects, supported by on-site learning and dedicated mentorship. They will be exposed to different stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction and project completion, while gaining insights into Work Winning and Digital Engineering. This broad exposure will help them develop both technical capabilities and commercial awareness.
