Godrej Reserve Project achieved the highest HSE audit scores for five consecutive quarters, outperforming all ongoing Godrej projects across India. Safely delivering five 191-meter luxury high-rise residential towers to this standard required strong planning, disciplined site practices, robust systems and focused on-ground execution.
The Godrej Properties’ safety leadership team carried out comprehensive HSE audits across the site, reviewing environmental management systems, work-at-height procedures, electrical safety controls, lifting equipment condition and associated processes, as well as overall HSEQ implementation.
Across every audit cycle, the project consistently exceeded expectations, setting a strong benchmark for safety excellence in high-rise developments. This strong safety culture has contributed to several prestigious awards received by Godrej Properties, including the Apex Award, ICC National Award and NSCI Safety Awards, further underscoring the effectiveness of the HSE standards implemented on the project.
