Gheanifa Irma Yustika, a Civil Engineer from our Indonesia team, recently completed a six-month exchange program with Maverick in our Malaysia team. During her placement, Gheanifa contributed to preliminary designs for several data centre projects, expanding her expertise in digital infrastructure and advanced technology with the support of a guided mentorship and an accessible learning platform.
Reflecting on her experience, Gheanifa shared: “The Graduate Program provides a great opportunity for young engineers to gain international exposure, learn different structural standards, and explore innovative engineering practices. It also helps us understand how businesses embrace different cultures.”
