As the main contractor, Leighton Asia will construct a high-rise facility with a two-storey basement, delivering shell and core works designed to meet stringent safety and performance requirements. Purpose-built to support the region’s accelerating digital transformation and growing demand for artificial intelligence, this state-of-the-art facility will provide critical infrastructure for the future, and we are proud to bring it to life.
This milestone also marks our first collaboration with Goodman, laying a solid foundation of a strategic partnership between two companies with shared Australian roots and a common vision for future-ready digital infrastructure.
