Leighton Asia continues to invest in developing future engineering talent. This year, 16 talented Graduate Engineers have officially begun their journey with us.
Selected through a rigorous recruitment process involving university engagements, career fairs, interviews and Engineering Assessment Days, the graduates bring fresh perspectives, new ideas and enthusiasm to our Malaysia team.
Their onboarding introduced them to the cross-functional collaboration behind our major projects. A visit to a data centre project also provided firsthand exposure to a live construction environment, offering closer look at engineering and construction practices to life.
Through structured learning, mentorship and hands on project exposure, the program equips emerging talent with the skills, knowledge and confidence to build rewarding careers.
