Six young engineers joined our Indonesia team as a part of Leighton Asia Graduate Program.
Since February, these new batch of Graduate Engineers has been undergoing an extensive development plan on a dynamic six-month rotation across departments and project sites, gaining hands-on experience in construction planning, commercial, MEP, work winning and digital construction.
Each graduate engineer receives a dedicated mentorship and tailored training programs that enhances their technical and soft skills to support their professional growth. With the solid support of our leadership team, they have been introduced to our company’s operations, diverse culture and values.
