To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival — also known as the Mooncake Festival, a time for reunion and joy — our North District Hospital (NDH) Expansion project team in Hong Kong came together for a fun and festive Snowy Mooncake Workshop.
As a meaningful team-building activity, colleagues enjoyed crafting their own snowy mooncakes with delicious fillings like custard, red bean, and lotus seed paste. The session was filled with creativity, laughter and team spirit.
