With the theme of ‘Building Smart and Green Transport Infrastructure’, the International Conference on Roads and Railways 2025 jointly organised by the Hong Kong Institution of Highway and Transportation (HKIHT) and the Highways Department of the HKSAR Government, brought together 700 global experts, engineers, and industry leaders in road and railway development for meaningful knowledge exchange and collaboration.
