Following the successful launch of Leighton Asia’s Graduate Program into Malaysia in 2024, our team recently completed sourcing the candidates for the 2025 Graduate Cohort.
From top universities across Malaysia, 21 bright and motivated graduates in civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering were selected for their diverse academic backgrounds and potential. During the intake, candidates collaborated in a group engineering challenge, presenting innovative solutions that showcased their technical acumen and critical thinking.
Each candidate was then interviewed by our expert panellists from the Kuala Lumpur and Johor project teams to gain insights into their personal aspirations, technical strengths, and valuable internship experiences.
Successful candidates start embarking on the journey with us. Over the next 24 months, they will rotate across departments, with the potential to be involved in projects across Asia.
