Our One Leighton Asia Team in India recently welcomed nine outstanding Graduate Engineers (GE), selected from top engineering institutes in Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad to join our GE 2025 program.
A two-day onboarding session was held at our high-rise residential project in Gurgaon. The graduates experienced a real-time site walk, gaining a firsthand exposure to live construction activities and engaging in valuable interactions with the senior leaders.
Over the next two years, these graduates will be working under the structured training and guidance of the mentors and rotate across different departments, contributing to major ongoing projects across India—and potentially in other part of Asia where we operate.
