Our team in India is having a positive impact on the community through our partnership with the Tribal Mensa Nurturing Program (TMNP).
TMNP supports more than 30 underprivileged and gifted girls to nurture their confidence and capability. By developing the leaders of tomorrow, TMNP seeks to redefine girls’ education and women’s empowerment in India.
Under this initiative, gifted girls are mentored to develop their own talents and encouraged to help others through sharing education with children in their communities. It involves leadership rooted in empathy, responsibility and action.
With Leighton Asia’s support, these young changemakers are already mentoring, innovating, and breaking socio-economic barriers.
