Our Graduate Engineer (GE) program in Malaysia celebrates a major milestone as Cohort 2024 enters Year 2.
To mark the occasion, Cohort 2024 led an orientation or the newly onboarded GE Cohort 2025, sharing experiences, challenges, and insights from their first year including how they:
- Rotated across departments, gaining hands-on experience locally and internationally
- Contributed on-site and off-site, demonstrating ownership and initiative
- Explored digital engineering tools, building future-ready skills
- Collaborated across projects and regions, broadening perspectives through knowledge-sharing
