We are delighted to welcome 10 talented graduate engineers to our India team. This diverse group of individuals specialise in civil and mechanical engineering.
The two-day onboarding program at our Mumbai headquarters provided them with a solid understanding of our company’s operations, diverse culture and values. The program also gets full support and involvement from our leadership team.
These bright minds are now embarking on a dynamic six-month rotation plan across various departments and project sites, gaining hands-on experience in construction, planning, commercial, MEP, work winning and digital construction.
Throughout their two-year journey, each graduate engineer will receive dedicated mentorship and tailored training programs to support their professional growth.
This exciting journey with us is just the beginning. We can’t wait to see their growth and achievement in the near future.
