Leighton Asia’s Women in Construction Engineering Group (WOICE) in Indonesia recently organised a trekking trip to Sentul, Bogor Area🌄. Staff from our Jakarta Head Office and Bekasi Workshop ventured into nature to share memorable moments together.
The journey took them through rice fields, green hills and streams, with some rain and wind only heightening their resolve. Their laughter echoed, turning challenges into cherished moments and reinforcing the bonds of support 🙌.
Post-trek, they gathered for a group lunch engaging in meaningful dialogue about inclusion and gender equality 💬.
This trek is more than a memory. It is a step forward in our continuous journey in building a more diverse and inclusive workplace 💪.
