Our Freeport Project Team in Indonesia recently held a team building event in Tembagapura, Papua.
Around 230 Leightoners and other team members took part in fun-filled activities that stirred enthusiasm amongst the team.
A key highlight of the event was the presentation of Long Service Awards to employees who have worked with us for 10 and 15 years. ✴️
The event strengthened the team’s bond and sense of community. Building camaraderie and duly recognising everyone’s valuable contributions is one of the key factors to the sustainable growth of our business.
