Richard’s leadership in innovative solutions includes:
- 🏥 On-site medical response: Enhanced first aid capabilities with modified container vans for emergency access.
- 🏗 Equipment handling: Custom-designed emergency equipment stations that can be crane-lifted for optimal on-site positioning.
- 🌱 Environmental health: On-site manufactured shallow water pump heads to address water accumulation issues at the Aga Hall project.
- 🔒 Workers’ safety: Developed the ‘Vertigo Test’, including pre/post medical examinations and project-specific pass stickers to certify staff for work at height.
