Elan the Presidential in India, Leighton Asia’s largest residential project, has achieved its first milestone in early completion of raft construction for all eight designated towers.
It has also achieved one million manhours without a Lost Time Injury (LTI).
The early finish by 48 days represents a significant gain against the project’s overall program. It showcases the dedication of our project team to surpassing our client’s expectations and reflects their focus on and commitment to effective safety and quality management.
This has resulted in a safe and secure working environment, which ensures the safety and well-being of our people, and a satisfied client.
The project commenced in October 2023, with the initial phase of the project comprising civil and structural works, with a built-up area of more than 485,000 sqm (5.21 million Sqft) across eight towers and a three-level common basement. Each 32-storey tower will reach a height of 121 m above ground level.
