Tritvam Residential Project

Leighton Asia has delivered five premium residential towers within Phase I, under an Alliance Contract, complete with internal finishes, clubhouse, landscaped podium and associated car parking facilities.

The 3.4 hectares site on prime, prestigious waterfront land in Marine Drive, Kochi, is a high-end residential hub located near to the Central Business District. The location enjoys excellent connectivity and proximity to the economic centres of the city.

Each G+25 storey tower reached approximately 90 m in height and included three and four bed residential apartments. A total of 468 apartments were delivered under this prestigious contract, with a total built up area of 98,000 sqm.

A sixth residential tower was also awarded in January 2015, as a part of Phase II, the structure for which was completed in December 2017.
