An Alliance Contract for a mixed use development comprising of a shopping mall, multiplex cinema and an office tower in Bhubaneswar.

The scope of works includes civil, structural & architectural finishes works, MEP, facade, fit out (common areas), external and landscaping works etc. (excluding site clearing, shoring and excavation works).
