As the first female CFO for Leighton Asia, Victoria has not only contributed to our business growth but also driven gender equality initiatives. Under her leadership, the Women in Construction and Engineering (WOICE) Group, an internal network within Leighton Asia, was established to increase female participation in technical roles within our company and across the industry.
