Leighton Asia has recently been awarded two important building projects in India.
The projects are:
- Hindu Heritage Experience Centre: The JKP Foundation has selected Leighton Asia to deliver this prestigious heritage project in Mangarh, Uttar Pradesh. To be delivered under an alliance contract, the project involves the construction of an iconic Lotus Building, Namaste structure and a retail, food and beverage precinct. Completion is scheduled for 2022.
- Nita Mukesh Ambani Junior School (DAIS): The Jamnaben Hirachand Ambani Foundation, which is part of the Reliance Industries Limited Group, has selected Leighton Asia to deliver this high-profile project in the Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. The project involves the construction of an extension to the existing Dhirubhai Ambani International School, comprising three basement levels, ground and seven upper floors, plus a terrace and is scheduled to be completed in 2021. This is the third building project in India awarded to Leighton Asia by the Reliance Industries Limited Group.
