Wave One

Leighton Asia, in conjunction with its JV partner, has constructed the Wave One Project - a mixed use commercial development located in Sector 18, Noida, U.P., one of the most rapidly developing areas in the National Capital Region.

The project consisted of high end office spaces within two office towers, as well as retail, cinemas, basement and podium car park levels, totalling approximately 240,000m2 of built up area.

The building has 41 storeys, three basements, ground floor, 15 podium levels and reaches a maximum height of 179 m. The office towers start out as separate north and south wings, which are then bridged and connected by 9 floors above level 32, thus forming a multi storey 60m void as a unique building feature.

The JV scope of works included piling, earthworks, structural works and blockwork, with the structure having undergone a Value Engineering exercise to achieve.
