Leighton Asia is delivering India's first IKEA first IKEA flagship store in Hyderabad. The five-storey retail outlet, with a gross built-up area of 94.334sqm, will include two basement levels for parking and three levels for a market hall, warehouse, showroom, restaurant and home delivery area, as well as a play area and day care centre for children.
