Coca-Cola Warehouse Semarang

Leighton Asia has delivered the design and construction of a pre-engineered 14,000 sqm gross internal floor area warehouse plus external works.
 
The project entailed site clearing, demolition and earthworks; piled foundations, a 180-millimetre floor slab, 600 tonnes of structural steel Colorbond cladding; MEP including fire system, lighting and smoke detection; roadworks and the building of hardstanding, a guard house and a 2 storey internal office as well as providing external drainage and landscaping.
 
The warehouse was designed to Indonesian and Australian design standards and Coca-Cola’s requirements. A retaining wall and significant earthworks were required to level the site prior to building commencement.
