Celebrating International Women's Day

8 March marks International Women’s Day, which is recognised globally to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.

The day also encourages a call to action for men and women to accelerate the progress of gender equality.

Two of our senior female leaders shared their journey and challenges via live streaming to inspire women pursuing their career in the construction industry.

 
Team in India liaised with a local financial institution to provide a talk to our female employees in Mumbai office on financial planning and how it can help to achieve their goals.

 
Hong Kong sites and office supported the work of the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation by raising over HK$16,000 in support of the local charity.

 
Posters were put up in sites and offices for staff to pledge to support women and enlarge female participation in the workplace.
