Graduate program
Being a part of the CIMIC Group Graduate program, our dedicated graduate training program aims to build and manage a sustainable pipeline of talent for the future.
Each year, we recruit a number of high-calibre graduates, who undergo comprehensive training and career development program through on-the-job training, job rotations, secondments, in-house and external continuous professional development seminars, site visits and activities organised through our Young Professional Club peer group.
We sponsor local universities to develop young talents, including fellowship, internships and graduate employment opportunities to help promising trainees develop the necessary skills to excel at Leighton Asia.

Summer internship
In Hong Kong, our summer internship provides a first-hand practical on-site experience for university students. Every year, we recognise high performers by offering full-time employment upon graduation without going via general Graduate Recruitment selection process.
