Each year we aim to recruit a number of high caliber graduates for which we provide a comprehensive training program. The objective of this training is to provide the graduate with sufficient experience in order that he or she may ultimately obtain chartered engineer status or similar.

Our recent Graduate Entry Scheme resulted in the recruitment of graduates from different locations within the regions.
