Super Block at Ridge Camp

Leighton Asia has delivered the five-storey Superblock Building with a total floor area of 26,000 sqm. Our works include earthworks, concrete foundations, floor slabs, supply, manufacture and erect 3.300T of structural steel, supply and install Colourbond roof and wall cladding, road works and unloading stations, external drainage, landscaping and MEP works.

The building includes kitchen, staff and non-staff dining facilities, supermarket, clinic, theatre, karaoke rooms, games rooms, indoor soccer, badminton courts, meeting rooms, library, training rooms and fitness centre.
The Superblock Building was designed to Indonesian and Australian standards and to client specific requirements. Demolition of an existing accommodation complex was required in order to commence earthworks.
