Leighton Asia, with its joint venture partner, has delivered the 12-storey, 58,900sqm Tin Shui Wai Hospital. The hospital provides up to 300 in-patient and day beds and various ambulatory care services. This was the first NEC Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) Option A project awarded by the Architectural Services Department and was built to Hong Kong’s green building certification standard (BEAM), featuring a glass curtain wall installed to enhance natural illumination and environmental friendliness.
