Leighton Asia is delivering the Alliance Contract to construct the prestigious Radius project at TEN BKC, Bandra (East), Mumbai.
The project is a premium residential development in the heart of Mumbai with a built-up area of 260,654 sqm.
Spread across 2 hectares, the buildings with five common basements are spread across three zones, comprising of ground floor + 22 to 29 residential floors above. Overall, there are 914 apartments, served by 15 cores. The residences range from two to four bedroom apartments, duplex and penthouses. A world class amenities and a clubhouse will also be built within the complex.
Our scope of works will include delivery of Structures, MEP, façade, finishes and external works over a period of 34 months.
