Pedro is the Executive General Manager of Leighton Asia. He joined Leighton Asia in 2015 as Executive General Manager South East Asia and India. He has over 20 years of international experience in the general contracting industry throughout North America, Europe, Australia and Africa. Prior to joining LAIO, Pedro has taken up several key management roles in an international construction company and its subsidiaries, including Dragados S.A. as Project Director, and Area Manager and Director; Dragados Canada as Executive Vice President and Operations Manager; and Dragados Australia as Executive General Manager, Director and Secretary. Pedro holds a Master in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, Spain and is a member of the Spanish Association of Civil Engineers.

Boyd Merrett

Boyd Merrett is the General Manager of Leighton Asia’s Hong Kong business. His experience spans 24 years in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and Europe, where he has held roles from tender manager, project manager, operations manager and general manager across the infrastructure, oil and gas and mining sectors. In addition to managing a range of projects overseas, in Hong Kong he has successfully led technically challenging infrastructure projects such as Hong Kong’s Eagles Nest Twin Tunnels project and the Permanent Aviation Fuel Facility project. Boyd holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Queensland (Australia), and is a member of the Institution of Engineers (Australia).

Mark Griffiths

Mark is the Country Manager for Leighton Asia’s India business. Mark has over 27 years of professional experience, seventeen years of which have been spent with CIMIC Group companies working on major infrastructure and building projects from highways and dams to complex commercial buildings including casinos, Sydney’s Olympic show grounds redevelopment, major shopping centres, hospitals, office park, high rise residential projects and resorts. Mark has joined LAIO’s India business since 2006, where he has successfully deliver many projects and built strong relationships with key clients. He holds a Bachelor in Construction Management and Economics.

Victoria Crasti

Victoria is the Chief Financial Officer for Leighton Asia.  Victoria is a qualified Civil Engineer, as well as Chartered Accountant who has significant experience with the CIMIC Group since 2011. Prior to joining the CIMIC Group, Victoria worked with KPMG Transaction Services in a broad range of due diligence for M&A and other capital market transactions in Sydney and London.  Victoria has cross industry experience, with expertise in construction, property funds and industrial markets.  Victoria holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Sydney, Australia.

Craig McGrory

Craig is the General Manager of Human Resources and Support Services for Leighton Asia. He has an extensive background in the fields of general management, IT management, support services, business transformation and project management. Prior to joining LAIO in 2012, Craig spent five years with Leighton Contractors Pty Limited in Australia in various roles, including General Manager Commercial and Project Director leading a business transformation. Craig holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne, Australia and Universitat St Gallen, Switzerland and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) Mechanical from the University of Queensland, Australia.

Dean Cowley

Dean is the General Manager of Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Sustainability (SHEQS) for Leighton Asia. With over 30 years of professional experience in working on major civil and building construction projects in Asia and the UK, fifteen of which have been spent working in the field of construction Safety Management. Dean joined Leighton in 2010 and brings extensive experience in the development and delivery of SHEQS Strategies, both on major projects and at the business level. Dean is a Graduate Member of Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.
