Ian Edwards

Ian was appointed Managing Director of Leighton Asia, India and Offshore in 2012. Ian was previously an Executive General Manager for Leighton Asia Limited with responsibility for projects in Hong Kong, Macau, China and Taiwan. With over 30 years of experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects in Europe and Asia. Ian has a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise. Ian holds qualifications in civil engineering and is an Incorporated Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, a Council Member of the Hong Kong Construction Association and a Board Member of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

Peter Pollard​

Peter was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Leighton Asia, India and Offshore in 2012. Peter has held financial and administrative roles for over 30 years with large corporations in the construction contracting, engineering, project management, commercial and residential property areas, including 17 years with Leighton Group companies across Australia and Asia. Peter holds a Bachelor of Business Studies as well as an Executive MBA from INSEAD in France. He is a Member of the Australian Society of Accountants and the Institute of Corporate Managers, Secretaries and Administrators Limited.

Brian Gillon

Brian was appointed an Executive General Manager for Leighton Contractors (Asia) Limited in 2012 with responsibility for projects in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Brian has over 37 years of construction industry experience, having been involved with major infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. He joined Leighton Contractors (Asia) Limited in 1992 and was appointed an Operations Manager in 2010. Brian is a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers, Institute of Energy and American Welding Society. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia and serves as the Overseas Delegate for Engineers Australia.



Paul Kimberley

Paul is General Manager for Leighton Asia Limited with responsibility for projects in Mongolia, the Philippines and Guam. British-born Paul has over 30 years of infrastructure, mining, building, marine and process construction experience. He joined Leighton Asia Limited in 1993 and worked on major projects in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Macau. Paul was appointed Commercial Manager for Business 2 in 2010.

Justin Colling

Justin is President Director of PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia. Justin possesses more than 20 years of experience in the mining and construction industries, including seven years working in Africa. Prior to joining PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia as General Manager Mining in 2010, Justin spent 18 years with Moolmans Mining (South Africa), where he reached the position of Contracts Director. Justin holds a Civil Engineering Diploma (Cum Laude) from Natal University of Technology.



Tony Harvey

Tony is a General Manager for Leighton Contractors (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd with responsibility for projects in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Tony has over 25 years of construction industry experience. After joining John Holland in Sabah, East Malaysia, in 1994, Tony transferred to Leighton Asia Limited and has been the General Manager of Leighton Contractors (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd since 2006. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Salford and is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, European Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

David Palser

David is the General Manager of Pre-Contracts, Risk & Governance for Leighton Asia, India and Offshore. Through the Commercial department, David is responsible for providing corporate support and governance across the business in the areas of pre-contracts, risk management, project controls, legal, compliance, insurance, quality and systems. David has over 16 years of experience working in and with the construction industry in global roles in Australia, the UK and Switzerland. David joined the Leighton Group in 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and attended a mini-executive MBA course at INSEAD in Singapore in 2010.

Ian Humphreys

Ian was appointed General Manager of Commercial for Leighton Asia, India and Offshore in 2012 with responsibility for all commercial aspects related to delivering projects. Ian has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years, initially in the UK and then in Asia for the last 18 years. He has commercially managed complex and high-profile construction projects in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore as well as the UK.



John Murray

John is the General Manager of Assets for Leighton Asia, India and Offshore. John oversees all aspects of asset management and the associated balance sheet for the region, with a portfolio of over 2,000 assets in six countries and a fleet value in excess of US$500 million. Having worked for the Leighton Group in Asia for over 15 years, John has significant experience in mining and heavy civil engineering, in particular, operations, asset management and supply chain management. John also provides mining business growth and pre-contract leadership and support.



Leigh Stewart

Leigh is the General Manager of People, Safety and Environment for Leighton Asia, India and Offshore. Leigh has been with Leighton since 2010 and brings extensive experience to the position having previously held a number of senior human resource and sustainability roles. Prior to joining the company Leigh worked in and provided advice on strategic human resources and industrial relations to a number of leading Australian companies. In addition Leigh has represented multiple industry sectors and indivdual companies at various industrial commissions and government inquiries. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Business (Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations).



Gloria Mok

Gloria is the General Manager of Corporate Communications for Leighton Asia, India and Offshore. Gloria has over 12 years of experience in advertising, marketing and corporate communications in a number of multinational corporations spanning different industries. Gloria has undertaken a leadership role in various marketing and communications initiatives in recent years, including a global organisational development and rebranding programme, communications strategies and plans, marketing tools development and an employee engagement programme. Gloria holds a Bachelor of Public Administration and Management and a Master of Social Science in Corporate Communications.
